Shipping methods

There are two modes of shipping: (1) registered parcel mail (2) courier delivery.

The iGT Shop shopping cart allows you to pay for purchase(s) and delivery via registered parcel mail (to all listed destinations) and courier services (to Malaysia and Singapore only).

If you require your purchase(s) to be couriered anywhere else, please fill in the Order Form here.

Order Form for International Courier Delivery

Please send us this form, completely and accurately filled, if you would like iGT Shop to deliver your purchases via courier services to destinations outside Malaysia and Singapore. The information is required for us to expedite the transaction including payment and shipping. 

Once you have sent us this order form, we will correspond with you via email to reconfirm your order and to quote you the total cost (including the shipping rates and any other charges). After this, you will be asked to pay us via Paypal. Orders will be despatched once payment has been received.

We are currently using FedEx, DHL & City-Link to courier our products to destinations outside Malaysia and Singapore. For more information on “Shipping & Delivery”, please go to our FAQs here.
