Teresa Capol’s Edelweiss Café, a Swiss restaurant named after her favourite flower, is housed in a building she and her husband carefully and lovingly restored. It is full of collector’s items from old signs to granite slabs, from a huge clock to kopitiam furniture. Most importantly, it serves great food with a service to match.
