LOCATED in the heart of Georgetown, KOMTAR, which stands for Komplex Tun Abdul Razak in Malay, is named after the Malaysia’s second Prime Minister. It is Penang’s tallest building. The 65-storey tower is a 12-sided geometric block comprising office and retail commercial space as well as public and recreational facilities.
